Massachusetts Senior Care Association Health Policy as related to

May 3, 2022 Spring Conference & Trade Show

We value the health, safety, and well-being of our members and the residents they care for above all else.  All individuals attending, exhibiting or sponsoring the in-person Massachusetts Senior Care Association Spring Conference & Trade Show on May 3, 2022 at the DCU Center in Worcester, MA will be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. To be considered fully vaccinated, you must be two weeks past your second dose in a 2-dose series (Pfizer or Moderna) or two weeks past a single-dose vaccine (J&J/Janssen). All attendees must submit their proof of vaccination using our HIPAA compliant form here. In addition, all attendees will be required to wear masks while attending this event.  If you have an approved medical/religious exemption from your employer, you will be required to provide proof of this exemption and take a rapid antigen test (provided by Mass Senior Care Association) with a negative result on-site at the DCU Center prior to entering the 3rd floor.

Mass Senior Care Association has contracted with a third-party health and safety team, Share My Health, to verify proof of vaccination before attending the Spring Conference & Trade Show through a secure web portal.

ShareMy.health is a HIPAA-compliant platform that will capture the required information from registrants securely and confidentially. However, while Mass Senior Care does not receive any of the details you provide to ShareMy Health, we are made aware of whether an individual registrant is adequately compliant with our health and safety policies to attend our Spring Conference & Trade Show.
