Carleton-Willard Village is seeking a Licensed Administrator. This is an opportunity to become a member of the Senior Leadership team of one of the nation’s premier CCRCs. Located on 72 beautiful acres in Bedford, MA (northwest of Boston), the $36 million Carleton-Willard Village is a 501(C3) not-for-profit organization featuring a five-star quality rating, deficiency free surveys, loyal staff, and strong leadership.

Reporting to the President and CEO, the Licensed Administrator will provide general management and operational expertise to various departments and services in the Village to ensure the optimal care for Residents. The Licensed Administrator will manage about 220 staff in the day-to-day function of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, regulations governing long-term care facilities to assure that the highest degree of quality and service is maintained.
