With passage of the American Rescue Plan and potential passage of additional state laws regarding the use of leave for COVID-related reasons, employers are constantly adjusting to the new landscape regarding COVID and how it impacts leaves of absences.  Jackson Lewis attorneys Brian Lewis and Mike Bertoncini will discuss the current state of the law and what employers can be doing to stay compliant.

•Recognize the steps employers need to implement in order to remain compliant.
