Spaulding Nursing & Therapy Center Brighton is currently seeking a Senior MDS Coordinator; who will oversee the MDS nursing team in a 123-bed, 5 star skilled nursing facility. In addition to completing required MDSs, the Sr. MDS Coordinator maintains the MDS schedule, monitors skilled level of patient care, investigates and reports to facility leadership on quality measure triggers, and works closely with the coding and billing departments as well as providers to ensure documentation supports MCR claims.
Inpatient Setting: Spaulding Nursing & Therapy Center Brighton is a skilled nursing center specializes in rehabilitation for amputees, burns, heart conditions, stroke, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders and more. We also offer behavioral and mental health services as well as spiritual care for a holistic approach to your recovery.
Spaulding has adopted a hybrid work model where employees work both in-office and remotely, depending on operational needs. Candidates must be organized, highly disciplined, conscientious, motivated, and committed to utilizing identified tools for successfully performing in a remote setting.
Requirements include:
Licensed RN in MA with 2 years of MDS experience and previous care planning experience.
