MI Nursing/Restorative Center, a 231 bed not-for-profit skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility is currently seeking a Director of Nursing.

The primary purpose of the Assistant Director of Nursing Services position is to assist the DON in planning, evaluating, implementing, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of the Nursing Services Department in accordance with current Federal, State and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility. The ADON will assume the responsibility of the DON in their absence. The ADON will assist in the training and monitoring of all staff in the nursing department with particular emphasis on the development of Unit Managers.

Must be a Registered Nurse, licensed in Massachusetts with 2+ years related Nursing management experience in long term care setting. BSN preferred.
