Laurel Ridge Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center is seeking a licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our dedicated team. The Administrator is responsible for directing the daily operations of the Center in accordance with current federal, state and local standards and to ensure the highest degree of resident care and services are delivered and maintained. This motivated, dynamic individual will provide guidance and leadership with a focus on resident quality of life and employee satisfaction. Responsibilities will also include monitoring and supporting census growth, controlling costs for financial stability, and maintaining a good reputation with health care professionals and the local community.
Laurel Ridge Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center is a non-profit, fully renovated 120-bed location with a strong community reputation and an experienced cohesive team. Our 5 star overall Medicare rated, DPH deficiency free setting offers short-term rehabilitation, certified memory care and traditional long-term care in a quiet Jamaica Plain, MA residential neighborhood.
The right candidate will have a past history of stability and leadership ability to prove his or her capability in the Center’s objectives of providing a clean, safe, dignified, happy and healthy environment for the residents and staff. Laurel Ridge is offering an excellent base salary along with bonus plan and comprehensive benefits to an experienced Nursing Home Administrator candidate. Candidates must possess:

· Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.

· Advanced degree in a healthcare related field preferred.

· Must possess a current, unencumbered Massachusetts Nursing Home Administrator's license.

· Proven leadership ability with at least two (2) years as an administrator in either a long-term or sub-acute care facility preferred or experience comparable for AIT applicant consideration.

· Must possess demonstrated skills related to management, planning, budgeting, marketing and quality improvement.
