Campion Center (www..campioncenter.org) is seeking to recruit and appoint an experienced Massachusetts Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, to head its Health & Wellness Center, a CMS 5-star facility in Weston, MA, which is owned and operated exclusively by the USA East Province of the Society of Jesus (the Jesuits).

Campion Health & Wellness requires of its Administrator:

• Current Massachusetts Nursing Home Administrator’s license

• A minimum of 3-5 years successful executive leadership experience
• Strong communication (written & oral), supervisory and leadership skills, along with demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships and foster teamwork
• Solid financial and business analytical skills
• Ability to effectively manage day-to-day operations while promoting a strong collegial engagement and maintaining a safe and supportive work environment for all colleagues.
• Be knowledgeable and responsive to shifting trends in senior care, state and federal regulations and reporting requirements.
• Excellent computer skills and adept at learning new software and technology (especially PointClickCare™- Cloud-Based EHR Software for Long-Term Care, and the Microsoft Office Suite.)

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree with a current Massachusetts Nursing Home Administrator’s License
• Master's degree preferable, but not required.

• Minimum of three to five years of successful experience in a supervisory capacity in an acute care hospital or long-term care facility preferred.
