Administrative Positions
Nursing Home
Administrators
oversee the daily operations of the nursing facility to ensure the highest quality of care for residents. Administrators typically have a degree in health care administration or a related field or are Registered Nurses with additional training in long term care administration. Assisted Living Executive Directors
manage the daily operations of the residence to ensure the services and care the residents need are provided.
Financial Management Staff
manages the facility’s financial affairs, including overseeing of insurance coverage and benefits as well as the billing and collection process. Most facilities have a financial manager who may be assisted by billing and reimbursement clerks.
Human Resource Staff
is responsible for all personnel matters at the facility, including staff recruitment, hiring and benefits administration.
